Ghanaian highlife act Kofi Boakye Yiadom, popularly known as Kofi B, is reported dead. The sad news has been confirmed by several sources who are close to the family of the deceased. He died in the early hours of Sunday, February 2, 2020. The cause of death has not been made public yet, but he has been sick for some time now.
He is best known for songs like “Mmbrowa”, “Bantama Kofi Boakye“, “Koforidua Flowers“, and many others.

Over the years, he has been an inspiration to and supported the crop of new artistes who frequent the entertainment industry. He has won several awards and has performed on various stages, as well as shared the stage with many industry greats like Kojo Antwi, Daddy Lumba, Amakye Dede and several others.
